Pliant Surpasses $100M ARR in B2B Payment Infrastructure
Pliant announced on Jul 29, 2026 that it has crossed $100 million in annual recurring revenue. The Berlin-based fintech operates a modular, API-first platform for commercial card issuing and spend management. Businesses use Pliant to run their own card programs, while banks, fintechs, and software platforms embed its infrastructure into their products on a co-branded or white-label basis.
Founded in 2020, the company now employs more than 300 people across eight offices and issues commercial credit cards in over 13 currencies across more than 32 countries. Pliant serves over 5,000 businesses and more than 35 partners in Europe and the United States. CEO Malte Rau said the milestone reflects a shift toward payment infrastructure that adapts to existing operations rather than forcing rigid systems.
The company did not disclose valuation details or plans for additional fundraising.
