finmid Raises €17M Series A Extension for Embedded Lending Platform

finmid raised €17 million in a round led by Big Pi Ventures, with Mainset co-investing and Earlybird following on, bringing total funding to €52 million. The company announced the raise on Oct 13, 2026 alongside two new lending programmes. Bolt Vehicle Solutions lets fleet operators on Bolt's platform finance vehicles through multi-year asset loans, with fixed monthly repayments and ownership transferring at final payment.

Skroutz Funding enables Greece's largest online marketplace to lend directly to its roughly 9,000 merchants using Skroutz Group's own capital, while finmid handles underwriting, regulated lending, servicing and refinancing. Since launch, finmid has extended more than €4 billion in financing offers to businesses across 30 European markets. Around 85% of borrowers return for additional financing.
