Enterprise Bank & Trust Becomes First Banking Partner in AppFolio Stack Marketplace
Enterprise Bank & Trust, the banking subsidiary of Enterprise Financial Services Corp (NASDAQ: EFSC), announced on Aug 6, 2026, that it joined the AppFolio Stack Marketplace as its first banking partner. The integration brings banking workflows directly into the AppFolio Performance Platform used by property managers. Clients will be able to access Positive Pay, bank statements, and daily account balances within AppFolio.
A direct bank connection will support auto-reconciliation to help property managers meet compliance requirements, with that capability expected in 2026. The partnership reduces reliance on third-party connections and separate banking systems. AppFolio provides property-management software, and Enterprise supplies the regulated banking layer embedded into that platform.
