Comfi, a UAE-based B2B embedded finance platform, closed a $65 million pre-Series A funding round on Apr 27, 2026. The round combined equity and debt financing, with Iliad Partners leading the equity component. Yango Ventures and Raw Ventures joined as co-investors, each making their first investment in the MENA region.

A notable family office also participated. Partners for Growth provided a credit facility, and Shorooq contributed a mezzanine facility. Comfi plans to deploy the capital to scale its working capital solutions, including B2B buy-now-pay-later products for SMEs, while enhancing underwriting and risk capabilities.
