Chargebee and Twikey Partner on Billing-to-Bank Payment Integration
Chargebee and Twikey announced a partnership on Jul 30, 2026, connecting billing systems to bank payment infrastructure. Twikey, which manages SEPA e-mandates and supports recurring collections through more than 3,500 bank and connector integrations, now feeds payment statuses into Chargebee in real time. The setup covers SEPA Direct Debit collections and bank transfers.
Chargebee provides billing infrastructure for subscription, usage-based, and hybrid pricing models across the revenue lifecycle. Because merchants collect payments directly rather than through an intermediary payment service provider, the companies say bank statements become clearer for consumers, which can reduce chargebacks. The combined solution targets sectors such as media, insurance, retail, utilities, and telecom, where recurring payments and complex pricing structures are common.
