CapitalOS Raises $21.9M Series A for B2B Embedded Financial Infrastructure

CapitalOS raised $21.9 million in Series A funding on Oct 21, 2026. LGVP led the round, with participation from WEX Venture Capital, Group11, Great North Ventures, Night Capital, and existing investors. Founded in 2022 by Nir Dremer and Matan Goldschmidt, the San Francisco company builds a money orchestration layer that lets B2B platforms embed credit cards, bill pay, and wallets into their own software.

Its platform uses specialized agents to handle underwriting, compliance, risk, and fraud, enabling vertical SaaS and AI platforms to launch credit and payment products in days. CapitalOS plans to use the new capital to scale its financial infrastructure and support growth as it helps platforms deploy financial tools for their end customers. No valuation was disclosed.
