Brim Financial Partners With Manulife Bank to Modernize Credit Card Platform
Brim Financial announced on Oct 24, 2026, a credit card portfolio transition and platform modernization deal with Manulife Bank. Under the partnership, Brim will provide its configurable platform spanning card issuing, processing, servicing, loyalty campaigns, and customer engagement. The platform embeds credit and payments natively within Manulife Bank's digital ecosystem.
Brim's infrastructure also supports Manulife's independent advisors, mortgage specialists, and customer-facing teams. Katy Boshart, President and CEO of Manulife Bank, said the partnership delivers "a more cohesive, transparent, and personalized digital experience" for customers. Brim CEO Rasha Katabi framed the deal as part of a broader shift away from fragmented, multi-vendor card architectures toward integrated platforms.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
