Wisetack Raises $25M from Trinity Capital for Embedded Lending
Wisetack, a fintech offering embedded pay-over-time financing solutions primarily for home services businesses, raised $25 million from Trinity Capital in early February 2025. The platform enables contractors, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and other service providers to offer their customers financing options directly at the point of sale. Wisetack integrates with business management software used by service providers, embedding lending capabilities into existing workflows without requiring merchants to build financial infrastructure.
The funding will be used to expand operations and broaden Wisetack's partner network. Trinity Capital, a specialty lending company focused on growth-stage businesses, provided the capital. Wisetack's model is a clear example of B2B2C embedded finance, where a fintech provides the lending infrastructure that businesses distribute to end consumers.
The deal was reported as part of a broader surge in fintech funding during the first week of February 2025.
