SILQ Secures $100M Financing to Power Embedded Fintech for SMEs
SILQ closed a $100 million (SR375 million) financing facility from Gemcorp Capital, Fasanara Capital, and Amwal Capital Partners on Aug 13, 2026. The funding will accelerate expansion of Fina, SILQ's embedded financing platform that lets SMEs access working capital within their daily digital transaction workflows. SILQ was formed from the merger of Saudi B2B marketplace Sary and South Asian commerce platform ShopUp one year ago.
The company serves over 300,000 merchants across the Gulf and South Asia. In Saudi Arabia alone, SILQ has supported more than 50,000 businesses and facilitated over SR20 billion in transaction volume. Over the past 12 months, Fina enabled more than SR1.5 billion in financing, with a target of SR3 billion in liquidity deployment this year.
