Ramp announced a $750 million primary financing round on Jun 04, 2026, valuing the corporate spend management platform at $44 billion. ICONIQ, GIC, and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan led the round. New investors included Goldman Sachs Alternatives, D.E.
Shaw & Co., Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Generation Investment Management, Insight Partners, and BroadLight Capital. Founders Fund, Lightspeed Venture Partners, D1 Capital Partners, T. Rowe Price, General Catalyst, and others from previous rounds also participated.
Ramp reported total payment volume growth of roughly 170% year-over-year in Mar 2026. The company recently acquired Billhop for UK and EU payments and Juno for guest travel, and announced plans to serve companies headquartered in the UK and Europe. Ramp also deepened a multi-year partnership with Visa to enable AI agents to execute autonomous corporate payments.
