PwC and FintechOS Collaborate on Embedded Banking Solutions

On March 9, 2023, PwC and FintechOS announced a collaboration to power PwC's Infinite Financial Solutions for Banking offering. Under the arrangement, FintechOS provides the technology integration layer enabling low-code financial product configuration, Open Banking connectivity, and embedded payments capabilities. PwC contributes its consulting expertise and banking client relationships to drive adoption of the combined solution.

The collaboration targets banks undergoing digital transformation who need to rapidly launch new financial products and embedded finance capabilities. FintechOS's platform allows banks to configure and deploy products without extensive custom development, reducing time-to-market. The partnership combines a major professional services firm's market reach with a specialized fintech platform, representing a consulting-led approach to BaaS and embedded finance enablement.

Financial terms were not disclosed. The collaboration is expected to support banks across multiple geographies in modernizing their product delivery and distribution through embedded and Open Banking channels.
