Prime Bank Signs Fintech Partnership with Shamadhan Services Limited

Prime Bank and Shamadhan Services Limited signed a partnership agreement on Jun 15, 2026, enabling fund transfers between their platforms. Under the deal, Prime Bank customers can send funds to Shamadhan accounts through the MyPrime App and the Shamadhan App. Shamadhan is a digital financial services provider offering mobile wallets, payments, money transfers, and merchant solutions.

Those services will now extend to Prime Bank's customer base. Shaila Abedin, SEVP and head of liability at Prime Bank, and Dr. Ahmed Arman Siddiqui, CEO of Shamadhan Services Limited, signed the agreement.

Senior officials from both organizations attended the ceremony. Financial terms were not disclosed.
