Prevail Bank Selects Jack Henry for Open Ecosystem and AI Innovation

Prevail Bank selected Jack Henry as its core technology provider, the companies announced on Aug 20, 2026. The Medford, Wisconsin-based mutual bank will adopt Jack Henry's core processing platform along with the Banno Digital Platform for online and mobile banking, Tap2Local for small business payment acceptance, Enterprise Workflow for process automation, and Financial Crimes Defender for fraud detection and BSA compliance. Prevail Bank serves communities across central and northern Wisconsin and is focused on growing deposits, improving efficiency, and expanding commercial and small business banking.

Jack Henry's open ecosystem offers integration with more than 1,000 third-party fintechs, giving the bank flexibility to build future fintech partnerships. Nathan Quinnell, President of Prevail Bank, cited Jack Henry's track record and the openness of its platform as key factors in the decision. Financial terms were not disclosed.
