Parafin Secures New Credit Facility Led by Goldman Sachs

Parafin announced a new credit facility on Jun 17, 2026, led by Goldman Sachs with participation from One William Street Capital Management. The facility builds on a recent warehouse credit facility expansion with Silicon Valley Bank, EverBank, and Trinity Capital. Parafin provides embedded lending infrastructure to platforms including Amazon, DoorDash, Gusto, TikTok Shop, and Walmart, enabling them to offer financing directly to their merchants.

The company has funded over 50,000 businesses to date and extended more than $35 billion in offers across the United States and Canada. Most of Parafin's fundings go to repeat borrowers, reflecting steady demand for embedded capital among small businesses. Financial terms of the new facility were not disclosed.
