Paisalo Digital and LoanKhata Sign Co-Lending MoU for Rs 1,000 Crore

Paisalo Digital entered a Memorandum of Understanding with LoanKhata for a proposed co-lending partnership, disclosed on Aug 19, 2026. The two parties intend to establish a co-lending facility aggregating up to Rs 1,000 crore. Under the proposed participation structure, Paisalo would fund 80% of each eligible loan while LoanKhata would fund the remaining 20%.

The facility will focus on micro-enterprises and MSMEs. Paisalo has described the partnership as part of its effort to scale its loan book, expand distribution, and strengthen its technology-led lending model. No further financial terms were disclosed.
