I.B.E. GmbH and Treezor Form Strategic BaaS Partnership for German SMEs

I.B.E. GmbH and French BaaS provider Treezor announced a strategic partnership to deliver embedded financial services to German small and medium-sized enterprises. Treezor provides its modular banking-as-a-service platform, which includes capabilities for safeguarded customer funds management and PCI DSS-certified card processing infrastructure.

I.B.E. GmbH will leverage Treezor's API-driven architecture for seamless integration into its existing services for the German SME market. The partnership underscores Treezor's expansion strategy into the DACH region and its ability to serve as regulated infrastructure for non-bank partners.

The deal enables I.B.E. GmbH to offer financial products without building banking infrastructure from scratch. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The collaboration is expected to accelerate time-to-market for embedded payment and account solutions targeting German businesses.
