Hiroshima Bank Selects nCino Platform for Consumer Lending Overhaul
Hiroshima Bank selected the nCino Platform as the core system for its consumer lending operations, nCino announced on Jul 30, 2026. The bank, a subsidiary of Hirogin Holdings based in Hiroshima, will consolidate its entire consumer lending process onto nCino's cloud-based platform. The overhaul covers every step from application to contract across mortgage, apartment, and unsecured loans.
It replaces paper-based workflows and systems previously scattered across the organization. Hiroshima Bank expects the streamlined operations to let its existing team handle higher case volumes while dedicating more time to personalized service. The bank targets response times as short as approximately 10 minutes.
