FX Infrastructure Fintech Grain Raises Over $50M in Seed and Series A

Grain, an Israel-based fintech founded in 2022, raised over $50 million in combined funding disclosed on Mar 06, 2025. The total includes an $18 million seed round and a $33 million Series A led by Bain Capital Ventures. Aleph, Vesey Ventures and Hanaco Ventures also invested in the Series A.

Grain offers an API-based embedded FX hedging solution built for software platforms, payment service providers and B2B marketplaces. The platform uses AI for automated settlement, FX exposure analysis and fund transfers. Grain says it processed over $1 billion in annual transactions during its stealth phase.

The company plans to use the funding to accelerate product development and double its 25-person workforce by year-end.
