Fina Secures SAR 282M Facility to Scale Embedded Financing for Saudi SMEs
Fina, the fintech arm of Saudi-based B2B enablement company SILQ, secured a SAR 282 million (around $75 million) Shariah-compliant facility from Fasanara Capital, a London-based global investment manager. The deal was announced on Jul 20, 2026. The facility will fund Fina's embedded financing platform, which integrates working capital directly into merchants' digital workflows using real commercial activity and transaction data.
Mohammed Aldossary, co-founder of SILQ and CEO of SILQ Financial, said the partnership with Fasanara will help more Saudi businesses access Shariah-compliant working capital embedded into the flow of commerce. Fina is targeting SAR 3 billion in liquidity this year for more than 2,000 businesses, following SAR 1.5 billion deployed over the prior 12 months. SILQ has enabled more than SAR 20 billion in transaction volume across Saudi Arabia to date.
