CSI Partners with Dragonfly Financial Technologies for White-Label Business Banking
On October 26, 2023, CSI announced a partnership with Dragonfly Financial Technologies to deliver expanded white-label business banking and cash management capabilities to financial institutions. The collaboration integrates Dragonfly's Universal Online Banker platform with CSI's open banking platform, enabling institutions to offer customizable business banking solutions. Key features include over 20 ACH transaction types, positive pay services, sweep accounts, and enhanced wire functionality, addressing needs across payments, collections, and operations management.
Dragonfly is a leader in cloud-based digital business banking, serving more than 40 banks worldwide, including four of the top 10 U.S. banks. The partnership is designed to help CSI's customers improve their customer experience and drive revenue growth through modern digital banking tools. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
