Cliq and Vast Bank Partner to Expand ACH Payment Capabilities

Cliq and Vast Bank announced a multi-year payments partnership on Oct 15, 2026. The deal combines Cliq's ACH payments technology with Vast Bank's national bank charter. Both companies framed the collaboration around a mission to advance fair access banking.

Cliq operates a connected payments platform offering embedded payment services to businesses and fintech clients. Vast Bank brings regulated banking infrastructure, including a national charter, to support ACH transaction processing. Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.

The agreement adds to Cliq's growing roster of bank and fintech partnerships, which also includes embedded lending through Jaris and payment processing integrations with Gymdesk and Biller Genie.
