Zenus Bank Launches Global BaaS Platform with Tuum Integration

On October 16, 2024, Zenus Bank announced the successful integration of Tuum's Accounts and Payments modules into its proprietary technology ecosystem. The partnership underpins Zenus's new global Banking-as-a-Service platform, which allows banks, fintechs, super apps, and businesses across more than 120 countries to embed U.S. banking services and extend them to their end customers. Tuum contributes its modular core banking technology, while Zenus provides the banking license and regulatory infrastructure required for U.S. dollar-denominated services.

Tuum noted that it had over a dozen BaaS partnerships in development at the time, with many expected to go live during Q4 2024. The deal positions both companies to capture growing international demand for embedded U.S. banking capabilities. Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.
