On July 10, 2018, Visa announced the launch of Visa Loyalty Solutions, a white-label digital loyalty platform designed for its bank partners across Latin America and the Caribbean. The platform allows issuing member banks of any size to deploy customizable, bank-branded rewards and customer care programs without building the technology from scratch. Key features include a mobile app, web portal, chat, and voice support channels for point redemption and service inquiries.
Cardholders gain access to deals at over 285,000 hotels, airlines, car rentals, tours, and entertainment providers worldwide, with the ability to combine points with card payments displayed in both U.S. dollars and points equivalents. The solution was developed in partnership with novae, a loyalty technology provider, emphasizing seamless and flexible digital experiences. The platform is designed to be adaptable to each bank's individual loyalty strategies, lowering the barrier for smaller banks to compete with larger issuers on customer engagement and retention.
