NymCard Partners with Visa to Enable MENA Fintechs to Launch Card Programs
NymCard, a Banking-as-a-Service provider based in the MENA region, announced a strategic partnership with Visa to help fintechs scale and launch successful card programs across the Middle East, North Africa, and Pakistan. Through the collaboration, fintechs gain access to Visa's network along with marketing support, consultancy, and industry expertise provided jointly by both partners. NymCard's BaaS platform enables fintechs to build and deploy card issuance, account management, and IBAN services without needing to manage complex payment infrastructure themselves.
The partnership reflects growing demand for embedded finance capabilities in the MENA region, where a rising number of fintechs seek to offer branded payment products. By combining NymCard's infrastructure with Visa's global payment network, the partnership lowers barriers to entry for emerging fintechs in the region. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
