Mastercard Lighthouse FINITIV Welcomes 15 Fintechs for Fall 2023

Around September 25, 2023, Mastercard launched the Fall 2023 class of its Lighthouse FINITIV program, welcoming 15 fintech and fintech partnership startups from Norway, the Baltics, Sweden, Finland, and Lithuania. The program is designed to foster vertical partnerships between emerging fintechs, established banks, and investors across the Nordic and Baltic regions. Focus areas for the Fall 2023 cohort include financial literacy, e-commerce payments, blockchain technology, fraud prevention, and personal finance solutions.

Lighthouse FINITIV provides participating startups with mentorship, access to Mastercard's technology and network, and opportunities to pilot solutions with banking partners. The accelerator program reflects Mastercard's broader strategy of embedding itself into the fintech ecosystem as an enabler of bank-fintech collaboration.
