Lumin Digital Raises Over $115M to Scale Digital Banking Platform
Lumin Digital announced on Jul 15, 2026 that it has raised more than $115 million in fresh capital. Roughly $70 million came from co-investment by 15 bank and credit union clients, while $45 million came from a growth equity round led by Light Street Capital. The company builds a cloud-native digital banking platform for banks and credit unions, describing itself as a "Compounding Growth Platform." Proceeds will fund product expansion in AI, payments, CRM, and lending.
The raise follows a $170 million growth equity round completed in December 2024 and $75 million in client investment announced in March 2025. FT Partners served as exclusive financial advisor on the transaction.
