Ingenico Secures €150M Investment for Cloud Payment Platform

Ingenico announced on Aug 17, 2026, that it secured €150 million in new capital from a PIMCO-led group of global investors. The investment resets the company's capital structure and will fund product innovation and customer-facing operations. CEO Floris de Kort, recently appointed, is steering Ingenico toward cloud-based payment acceptance technology.

The company's Ingenico 360 platform unifies device management, transaction services, applications, and analytics. New capital will also expand the Customer Excellence team, with offices opening in London, San Francisco, and Istanbul. Ingenico continues to scale its AXIUM family of Android payment devices for retailers, banks, acquirers, and fintechs.
