Finleap Connect Raises €22M Series A for Fintech Connectivity Platform

Finleap Connect, a Berlin-based fintech connectivity company formed from a 2019 merger, raised €22 million in a Series A funding round in June 2021. The round was backed by SBI Investment and Ilavska Vuillermoz Capital. The company provides open banking infrastructure and financial data connectivity services across Europe.

The funding was intended to support expansion of its platform capabilities and market reach. Finleap Connect operates in the growing European open banking ecosystem, enabling third-party providers to access financial data through standardized APIs. The raise reflects continued investor confidence in open finance infrastructure providers serving the European market.
