Startup Embedd Raises Pre-Seed Investment Round

Embedd, a deep-tech startup founded by three Ukrainian entrepreneurs, raised €2.31 million in a pre-seed round announced on Aug 25, 2026. Seedcamp led the round with participation from Roosh Ventures, Vesna Capital, U.ventures, Cocoa, Connect Ventures, 2100 Ventures, Underline Ventures, and Common Magic. The company develops software infrastructure for physical AI and semiconductor integration.

Its platform creates digital models of hardware that give AI agents the context needed to integrate components, automatically generating code for software-to-chip interaction. Mykhailo Lazarenko (CEO), Maksym Horinov (CPO), and Valentyn Hololobov (CTO) founded the company in 2023. The capital will fund further platform development and deeper cooperation with microchip manufacturers.
