Embedded Finance Platform Confido Raises $9M Led by Aquiline Capital
Confido, an embedded financial infrastructure platform built for the legal industry, announced on Feb 26, 2026, that it raised $9 million across two funding rounds. Aquiline Capital Partners led the latest round. The LegalTech Fund, Breakwater Ventures, Live Oak Bank, and Context Ventures also participated, with Context Ventures having led the initial round.
Confido's platform enables law firms and LegalTech providers to accept card and ACH payments, route funds across trust and operating accounts, and send digital disbursements while maintaining compliance with bar and IOLTA rules. The company supports more than 1,500 law firms across the United States and Canada. The new capital will fund further development of payments and disbursements infrastructure and expansion into additional embedded financial products for the legal market.
