Comviva Rebrands mobiquity Money as mobiquity Pay Digital Payments Platform

On October 5, 2020, Comviva announced the rebranding of its flagship digital financial services platform mobiquity Money to mobiquity Pay. The platform is a cloud-native, microservices-based middleware layer designed to enable banks and fintechs to rapidly deploy and scale digital payment services. With open APIs supporting over 1,000 integrations, mobiquity Pay facilitates rapid third-party service expansion and automated deployments via CI/CD pipelines.

The platform serves both banked and unbanked users across more than 50 countries, processing approximately $130 billion in annual transactions for 120 million consumers. The rebrand reflects the platform's expanded scope beyond mobile money into broader digital financial services. By positioning itself as banking-as-a-platform middleware, Comviva aims to accelerate embedded finance adoption for its financial institution and fintech partners globally.
