Citizens Bank International Partners with RAPID BaaS Platform in Nepal
Citizens Bank International announced on Jun 05, 2026, that it has partnered with RAPID, an API banking platform built by Gokyo Labs, to give corporate clients access to multiple banking services through a single interface. The integration allows businesses to check account balances, download statements, transfer funds, make EMI payments and process salary disbursements from their own software or ERP systems. Corporate customers can link accounts via a "Connect with API Banking" option after a one-off registration at the bank.
RAPID operates on a Banking-as-a-Service model, connecting banks and fintech firms through APIs. The platform uses end-to-end encryption and multi-layer verification to protect transactions. Ashitosh Sah, Business Head at Gokyo Labs, said the collaboration will digitally integrate financial operations and reduce time, costs and operational complexity for corporate clients.
