The round consists of debt warehouse facilities and equity backed by institutional investors. The capital will scale Capchase's embedded financing infrastructure globally and support deployment of AI-enabled features.
Capchase embeds financing directly into sales tools such as Salesforce, allowing 97% of lending applications to be vetted and decisioned in under 30 seconds. The company serves hardware and software vendors selling to B2B buyers facing tighter budgets and greater scrutiny over large upfront purchases. Barracuda Networks and MicroAge were cited as customers using the platform to accelerate deal cycles.
