BankMobile Wins LendIt Most Innovative Bank for Fintech Collaboration

On April 10, 2019, BankMobile, a division of Customers Bank, was named the 2019 Most Innovative Bank of the Year at the LendIt Fintech annual awards ceremony. The award recognized BankMobile's innovative approach to delivering basic financial services, particularly targeting millennial consumers. BankMobile's strategy centered on a major white-label partnership spanning over two years, through which it collaborated with fintech partners to develop and distribute consumer banking products.

This included branded credit card products developed in partnership with Upstart's AI lending platform, such as the BankMobile Classic Mastercard and Rewards Mastercard.
